Fleur Fitzsimons is the Labour Party candidate, List MP Julie Anne Genter is the Green Party candidate, List MP Nicole McKee is the ACT Party candidate, and Karuna Muthu is the National Party candidate, for Rongotai.

NZNO Members met with Fleur Fitzsimmons and Julie Anne Genter on 27 July and they signed pledges to the Maranga Mai fixes.
