List MP Rachel Brooking is the Labour Party candidate and List MP Michael Woodhouse is the National Party candidate for Dunedin.

NZNO members met with Rachel on 10 July via Zoom, along with other Labour Party leaders for Otago and Southland, where she agreed to take the pledge to the party spokesperson for health.
