Age Safe national committee

Are you an NZNO member working in aged residential care? Can you be part of leading NZNO's Age Safe campaign?

NZNO members are encouraged to nominate candidates for our Age Safe National Committee who can represent their interests nationally.

The purpose of the committee will be to use NZNO members’ experience to plan and lead Age Safe campaign activities.

The Committee of 11 members will be elected to include:

- Two appointed Te Rūnanga representatives

- One appointed NZNO College of Gerontology Nursing representative

- Eight regional representatives comprised of one Nursing role and one Kaiāwhina / Healthcare Assistant role from each of the Northern, Midland, Central and South Island regions.
